ABSTRACT
The Decentralization Implementation and their Impact
of Employee Performance Level
Applied Study on Kuwait National Guard

The study aimed to revealing the Impact of Decentralization
on
Employee Performance Level; in addition to investigating the
significant
statistical differences employees perspective to
Decentralization due to Age;
Education level and Experience years.
In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher
designed a
questionnaire consisting of (30) paragraphs to gather the
primary information
from study sample. The statistical package for social sciences
(SPSS) program
was used to analyze and examine the hypotheses. The study sample
consists of
(100) individuals from Kuwait National Guard.

The study used many statistical methods such as Simple;
Multi
Regression and One Way ANOVA. After executing the analysis to
study
hypotheses; the sudy concluded that:
1. There is a significant statistical impact of Decentralization
on employee
performance in Kuwait National Guard at level (0.05).
2. There is no significant statistical difference in sample
study to extent of
Decentralization implementation due to Age; education level
and
experience years at level (0.05).
According to the findings of the study, the researcher list
bellows the
most important are recommendations:
1. Simplification the information flow between Managerial units
in Kuwait
National Guard.
2. Emphasis on the Problem Solving and Decision making in team
and
group.
