��All-Mighty,All-Wise.56And those whobelieve[d]and didthe good deeds

�� We will admit them(in) Gardensflowsfromunderneath itthe rivers,will abide

��in itforever.For themin it(are) spousespure,and We will admit them

��(in the) shadethick.57Indeed,Allah orders youtorender

the truststotheir owners,and whenyou judgebetweenthe people

tojudgewith justice.Indeed,Allahexcellentlyadvises youwith it.Indeed,

��AllahisAll-Hearing,All-Seeing.58O youwhobelieve[d]!

�� ObeyAllahand obeythe Messengerand the owners of authorityamong you.

��Then ifyou disagreeinanything,refer ittoAllahand the Messenger,if

��youbelievein Allahand the Day[the] Last.That(is) best

�� and more suitable(for final) determination.59Do you not see[towards]

��those whoclaimthat theybelievein what(is) revealedto youand what

�� was revealedbefore you?They wishtogo for judgementtothe false deities

�� and surelythey were orderedtoreject[with] it.And the Shaitaan wishesto

��misleads themastray -far away.60And when(it) is saidto them,`Come

All-Mighty, All-Wise.

57. And those whobelieve and do gooddeeds We will admitthem in Gardensunderneath whichrivers flow, whereinthey will abide forever.For them therein arepurified spouses, andWe will admit them inthe thick shade.

58. Indeed, Allah ordersyou to render trusts totheir owners, and whenyou judge between thepeople to judge withjustice. Excellent iswhat Allah advises youwith. Indeed, Allah isAll-Hearing, All-Seeing.

59. O you whobelieve! Obey Allahand obey theMessenger and those inauthority among you.Then if you disagree inanything, refer it toAllah and theMessenger, if youbelieve in Allah and theLast Day. That is bestand more suitable for(final) determination.

60. Do you not see thosewho claim that theybelieve in what isrevealed to you andwhat was revealedbefore you? They wishto go for judgement tothe false deities, whilethey were ordered toreject it. And Shaitaanwishes to mislead themfar astray.

61. And when it issaid to them, `Come to


ÑÑ��- ��ÈÈüüóó¦¦��¨°°��ÇÇ 118 ÒÒ -��©©¢¢üüÐÐ��¦¦ÂÂ

�� towhatAllah (has) revealedand tothe Messenger,`you seethe hypocrites

��turning awayfrom you(in) aversion.61So howwhenbefalls them

��disasterfor whatsent forththeir handsthenthey come to youswearing

��by Allah,`Notwe intendedexceptgoodand reconciliation.`62

�� Those(are) the ones who -Allah knowswhat(is) intheir hearts,so turn away

��from themand admonish them,and sayto themconcerningtheir soulsa word

�� penetrating.63And not We sentany Messengerexceptto be obeyed

by the permission of Allah.And if[that] they,whenthey wrongedthemselves,

(had) come to youand asked forgiveness(of) Allah,and asked forgivenessfor them

��the Messenger,surely they would have foundAllahOft-Forgiving,Most-Merciful.

�� 64But no,by your Lord,they will not believeuntilthey make you judge

��about whatarisesbetween them,thennotthey findinthemselves

��any discomfortabout whatyou (have) decidedand submit(in full) submission.

��65And if[that] We(had) decreedon themthat,`Killyourselves`

��or`Go forthfromyour homes,`notthey would have done itexcepta few


to what Allah hasrevealed and to theMessenger,` you see thehypocrites turning awayfrom you in aversion.

62. So how would it bewhen disaster befallsthem because of whattheir hands had sentforth? Then they cometo you swearing byAllah, `We intendednothing but good andreconciliation.`

63. Those are the onesabout whom Allahknows what is in theirhearts, so turn awayfrom them andadmonish them andspeak to thempenetrating words.

64. And We did not sendany Messenger except tobe obeyed by thepermission of Allah.And if, when theywronged themselves,they had come to youand asked Allah`sforgiveness and theMessenger had askedforgiveness for them,surely they would havefound Allah Oft-Forgiving, Most-Merciful.

65. But no, by yourLord, they will notbelieve until they makeyou judge aboutwhatever arises betweenthem and then do notfind within themselvesany discomfort aboutwhat you have decidedand submit in full)submission.

66. And if We haddecreed on them, `Killyourselves` or `Leaveyour homes,` theywould have not done itexcept a few



��of them.But if[that] theyhad donewhatthey (were) advisedwith [it],

��surely (it) would have beenbetterfor themand strongerstrengthen(ing).66

�� And thenWe would (have) given themfromOurselvesa great reward.

�� 67And We would have guided them(to) the straight way.68And whoever

��obeysAllahand the Messengerthen those(will be) withthose whom

� �� Allah has bestowed His Favorupon them -ofthe Prophets,and the truthful,

� and the martyrs,and the righteous.And excellent(are) thosecompanion(s).69

�� That(is) the BountyofAllah,and Allah is sufficient,(as) All-Knower.

��70O youwhobelieve[d]!Takeyour precautionsand advance

��(in) groupsoradvanceall together.71And indeed,among you(is) he who

�� lags behindthen ifbefalls youa disasterhe said,VerilyAllah (has) favored

�� [on] me(in) thatnotI waspresent with them.`72And ifbefalls you

��bountyfromAllahhe would surely sayas if(had) notthere beenbetween you

��and between himany affection,Oh! I wishI had beenwith them

��then I would have attaineda successgreat.`73So let fightin


of them. But if they haddone what they wereadvised, surely it wouldhave been better forthem and morestrengthening (for theirfaith).

67. And then We wouldhave given them fromOurselves a greatreward.

68. And We would haveguided them to thestraight way.

69. And whoever obeysAllah and theMessenger, then theywill be with those onwhom Allah hasbestowed His Favor -the Prophets, thetruthful, the martyrs,and the righteous. Andexcellent are those ascompanions.

70. That is theBounty of Allah, andAllah is sufficient asAll-Knower.

71. O you who believe!Take your precautionsand advance in groupsor advance all together.

72. And indeed, there isamong you he who lagsbehind, and if disasterbefalls you, he saysVerily, Allah has

favored me in that Iwas not present withthem.`

73. And if bounty comesto you from Allah, hewould surely say, as ifthere had not been anyaffection between youand him, Oh! I wish Ihad been with themthen I would haveattained a greatsuccess.`

74. So let thosefight in



��(the) way(of) Allahthose whosellthe life(of) the worldfor the Hereafter.

��And whoeverfightsin(the) way(of) Allah,then he is killedorachieves victory

��then soonWe will grant hima rewarda great.74And whatfor you(that) not

��you fightin(the) way(of) Allah,and (for) those who are weakamongthe men

and the womenand the children,those whosay,Our Lordtake us outof

this[the] town[the] oppressor(s)(are) its peopleand appointfor usfrom

Yourselfa protectorand appointfor usfromYourselfa helper.75

��Those whobelieve,they fightin(the) way(of) Allah;and those

��who disbelieve,they fightin(the) way(of) the false deities.So fight (against)

��(the) friendsof the Shaitaan.Indeed,(the) strategy(of) the Shaitaanisweak.

�� 76Have you not seen[towards]those who(when) it was saidto them,Restrain

��your handsand establishthe prayerand givethe zakah?`Then whenwas ordained

��on themthe fighting,thena groupof them[they] fearthe peopleas (they) fear

��Allahormore intensefear,and they said,Our Lordwhy

�have You ordainedupon us[the] fighting?Why notYou postpone (it for) usto


the way of Allah whosell the life of thisworld for theHereafter. Andwhoever fights in theway of Allah and iskilled or achievesvictory We will granthim a great reward.

75. And what is (thematter) with you thatyou do not fight in theway of Allah, and (for)the one who are weakamong the men and thewomen and thechildren who say, OurLord, take us out ofthis town whosepeople are oppressorsand appoint for usfrom Yourself aprotector and a helper.

76. Those whobelieve, they fight inthe way of Allah; andthose who disbelieve,they fight in the wayof the false deities. Sofight against thefriends of the Shaitaan.Indeed, the strategy ofthe Shaitaan is weak.

77. Have you not seenthose who were told,Restrain your hands

and establish prayerand give zakah? Thenwhen fighting wasordained on them, thena group of them fearedpeople as they fearAllah or more intensefear. And they said,Our Lord why have

You ordained upon usfighting? If only Youpostponed (it for) usfor


ÑÑ��-�� ÈÈüüóó¦¦��¨°°��ÇÇ 121 ÒÒ -��©©¢¢üüÐÐ��¦¦ÂÂ

� ��a near term.`Say,Enjoyment(of) the world(is) littleand the Hereafter

��(is) betterfor whoeverfears (Allah)and notyou will be wronged

��(even as much as) a hair on a date seed.77Whereveryou be

� ��[will] overtake you[the] deatheven ifyou areintowerslofty.And if

�� befalls themany goodthey say,This(is) fromAllah.`And if

��befalls themany evilthey say,This(is) fromyou.`Say,All

(is) from Allah.`So what (is wrong)(with) these[the] people,they do not seem

��to understandany statement.78What(ever)befalls youof(the) good

��(is) fromAllah,and whateverbefalls youof(the) evil

�is) fromyourself.

And We have sent youfor the people(as) a Messenger,and Allah is sufficient

(as) a Witness.79(He) whoobeysthe Messengerthen surelyhe obeyed

Allah,and whoeverturns away -then notWe (have) sent youover them

��(as) a guardian.80And they say, (We pledge) obedience.`Then when

�� they leave[from] you,plan by nighta groupof themother thanthat which

��you say.But Allahrecordswhatthey plan by night.So turn (away)from them


a short period. Say,The enjoyment of this

world is little, and theHereafter is better forthose who fear Allah.And you will not bewronged (even as muchas) a hair on a dateseed.`

78. Wherever youmay be, death willovertake you even ifyou are in lofty towers.And if any good comesto them, they say, Thisis from Allah. And ifany evil befalls them,they say, This is fromyou. Say, All is fromAllah. So what is(wrong) with thesepeople that they do notseem to understand anystatement.

79. Whatever goodcomes to you is fromAllah, and whateverevil befalls you is fromyourself. And We havesent you for the peopleas a Messenger, andsufficient is Allah as aWitness.

80. He who obeys theMessenger then surelyhe has obeyed Allah,and whoever turnsaway then We have notsent you over them as aguardian.

81. And they say,We pledge obedience.`

Then when they leaveyou, a group of themplan by night other thanwhat you say. ButAllah records what theyplan by night. So turnaway from them



�� and put (your) trustinAllah.And sufficient is Allah(as) a Trustee.81

�� Then (do) notthey ponder(on) the Quran?And ifit had (been)fromother than

�� Allah,surely they (would have) foundin itmuch contradiction.82

��And whencomes to thema matterofthe securityor[the] fearthey spread

��[with] it.But ifthey (had) referred ittothe Messengerand to

� �� those having the authorityamong them,surely would have known itthose who

�� draw correct conclusion (from) itamong them.And if not (had been the) bounty(of) Allah

��on youand His Mercy,surely you (would have) followedthe Shaitaanexcept

�� a few.83So fightin(the) way(of) Allah;you are not responsible

�� except(for) yourself.And encouragethe believers,perhapsthat Allah

��(will) restrain(the) might(of) those whodisbelieved.And Allah(is) Stronger(in) Might

�� and Stronger(in) punishment.84Whoeverintercedes -an intercessiongood,

�� will havefor hima shareof it;and whoeverintercedes -an intercession

�� evil,will havefor hima portionof it.And Allah(is) onevery

thinga Keeper.85And whenyou are greetedwith a greeting,then greet


and put your trust inAllah. And sufficient isAllah as a Trustee.

82. Then do they notponder on the Quran?If it had been fromother than Allah, surelythey would have foundmuch contradiction.

83. And when therecomes to them a matterof security or fear, theyspread it. But if theyhad referred it to theMessenger and to thosehaving authority amongthem, surely those whocan draw correctconclusion from itwould have knownabout it. And if not forthe Bounty of Allahupon you and HisMercy, surely youwould have followedShaitaan except for afew.

84. So fight in theway of Allah; you arenot responsible exceptfor yourself. Andencourage the believersthat perhaps Allah willrestrain the might ofthose who disbelieve.And Allah is Greater inMight and Stronger inpunishment.

85. Whoever intercedesfor a good cause willhave for himself a shareof it; and whoeverintercedes for an evilcause will have aportion of it. And Allahis on every thing aKeeper.

86. And when you aregreeted with a greeting,greet



��with betterthan itorreturn it.Indeed,Allahisofeverything

��an Accountant.86Allah -(there is) nogodexceptHim,

��surely He will gather youto(the) Dayof [the] Resurrection -nodoubtabout it.

��And who(is) more truthfulthanAllah(in) statement.87So what

��is (the matter) with youconcerningthe hypocrites (that)(you have become) two parties?

��While Allahcast them backfor whatthey earned.Do you wishthatyou guide

�� whomAllah has let go astray?And whoeverAllah lets go astray,then never will

�you findfor hima way.88They wishifyou disbelieveas

��they disbelievedand you would bealike.So (do) nottakefrom them

��alliesuntilthey emigratein(the) way(of) Allah.But ifthey turn back,

��seize themand kill themwhereveryou find them.And (do) nottake

��from themany allyand notany helper,89Exceptthose whojoin

[to]a groupbetween youand between them(is) a treatyorthose who come to you

��restrainingtheir heartthatthey fight youorthey fighttheir people.And if

� ��Allah (had) willed,surely He (would have) given them powerover you,


with a better greeting or(at least) return it (in alike manner). Indeed,Allah is overeverything, anAccountant.

87. Allah - there is nogod except Him, surelyHe will gather you onthe Day ofResurrection, aboutwhich there is nodoubt. And who ismore truthful thanAllah in statement.

88. So what is (thematter) with you (thatyou have) become twoparties concerning thehypocrites? And Allahcast them back for whatthey earned. Do youwish to guide thosewhom Allah has let goastray? And whoeverAllah lets go astray -never will you find forhim a way (ofguidance).

89. They wish if youdisbelieve as theydisbelieved so that youwould be alike. So donot take from amongthem allies until theyemigrate in the way ofAllah. But if they turnback, seize them andkill them wherever youfind them. And do nottake from among themany ally or helper,

90. Except thosewho join a groupbetween whom and youthere is a treaty orthose who come to youwith hearts restrainingthem from fighting youor fighting their people.And if Allah hadwilled, surely Hewould have given thempower over you
