• • 0 0 The proposed mixed use development at 44 Oxford Street and 16 Langridge Street, Collingwood comprises 99 apartments, 80 serviced apartments and five (5) food and drink tenancies. The proposed development also includes the provision of 123 on-site car parking spaces at ground level and in the basement car parks. Access to the site is provided via a double width vehicular crossover to/from Cambridge Street Based on the preceding assessment, it is considered that: — 94 car spaces will be provided for resident use. This provision exceeds the expected resident car parking demand based on ABS Census vehicle ownership data; The provision of 24 car parking spaces is expected to meet the demand for the serviced apartment use based on a demand rate of 0.3 car parking spaces per serviced apartment; - The provision of five (5) car parking spaces for the food and drink tenancies is appropriate to provide for staff parking: — All short term visitor and customer parking demands will be met on- street. This reliance on on-street parking is considered appropriate in this circumstance noting that: • The subject site has very good access to several sustainable transport alternatives that may reduce individuals' dependence on private motor vehicle ownership and travel; and • The parking surveys indicate that there is typically available public parking in the area to accommodate customer parking and any residential visitor parking demand. Parking demand in the vicinity of the site is moderate to high, particularly during the 12.00pm - 4.00pm weekday period. Outside this period, parking is more readily available. — 66 resident car parking spaces will be provided in a mechanical stacker system in Basement Level 2. These car stacker spaces are conveniently accessible, with more than 25 percent of spaces provided with a height clearance in excess of 1.8 metres; — The balance of car parking is provided in standard parking spaces. These car parking spaces have been suitably designed and are in general accordance with the requirements of Yarra City's Planning Scheme and/or the relevant section of AS/NZS 2890.1:2004; The proposed bicycle parking provision exceeds the Yarra Planning Scheme requirements, and is considered satisfactory; A loading area is provided at lower ground floor level which will satisfy the requirements of the site. Access to the loading area is via the Cambridge Street vehicular crossover; — The development is expected to generate in the order of 44 vehicle movements during the AM and PM peak periods respectively. The level of traffic generated by the development is moderate and it is expected that the surrounding road network has the capacity to accommodate such traffic volumes; and r: 13840TREPO1F02/ 44 Oxford Street and 16 Langridge Street. • Standard type • Special system: maximum load for extra charge. • To follow the minimum finished dimensions, make sure
to consider the tolerances according to VOB, part C (DIN 18330 and 18331) and the DIN 18202.
• Car width for platform width 230 cm. If wider platforms are used it is also possible to park wider cars.
• If height H is larger, vehicles with the maximum height as applicable for the GF can be parked on the UF, otherwise there will be free space available on the ceiling.
• Potential equalization from foundation grounding connection to system (provided by the customer).
• Slope with drainage channel and sump.

• These floor areas need to be horizontal and on equal level across the full width of the pit
9 For convenient use of your parking space and due to the fact that the cars keep becoming longer we recommend a pit length of 570 cm.
10 At the transition section between pit floor and walls no hollow mouldings/coves are possible. If hollow mouldings/coves are required, the systems must be designed smaller or the pits accordingly wider.
If sprinklers are required make sure to provide the necessary free spaces during the planning stage.

For parking boxes on the edges and boxes with intermediate walls we recommend our maximum platform width of 270 cm. Please consider adjoining grids. Problems may occur if smaller platform widths are used (depending on car type, access and individual driving behaviour and capability).
For larger limousines and SUV wider driveways are necessary (in particular on the boxes on the sides due to the missing manoeuvring radius).
• H1 = Fleigth of the vehicle on ground floor platform.
• RB = Grid unit width must strictly conform to dimensions quoted!
• Only applies to manually operated doors. The electrically driven doors must have 35 cm.
