WHAT IS INTERNET:-

over the world .It is a network of networks which share a common mechanism for addressing

computers.

DEFINITION OF NETWORK:-

electronic communication .The computer on a

network may be linked through cables,

radiowaves,satellites,or infrared light beams.

ADVANTAGE OF INTERNET:-

1.Information on almost every subject imaginable

2.Powerful search engines.

3.Ability to do research from your home versus, research libraries.

4.Platform for products likes SKYPE.

5.Information at various levels of study.

DISADVANTAGES:-1.There is a lot of wrong information on the internet.

2.Internet has a lot of “cheater sites”.

3.Hackers can create viruses that can get into your personal computer.

APPLICATIONS:-

3.posting information of general interest.
