A Network consists of two or more computers that
are linked in order to share, exchange files or allow
electronic communication .The computer on a
network may be linked through cables,
radiowaves,satellites,or infrared light beams.
ADVANTAGE OF INTERNET:-
1.Information on almost every subject imaginable
2.Powerful search engines.
3.Ability to do research from your home versus, research libraries.
4.Platform for products likes SKYPE.
5.Information at various levels of study.
DISADVANTAGES:-1.There is a lot of wrong information on the internet.
2.Internet has a lot of “cheater sites”.
3.Hackers can create viruses that can get into your personal computer.
APPLICATIONS:-
1.online communication.
2.software sharing.
3.posting information of general interest.
4.product promotion.
5.online shopping.
6.customer support service.
