• Often music video’s include performance scenes, dancing, editing to the beat and a narrative that follows the lyrics.

• HOWEVER music video’s have a desire to be memorable due to their purpose which means therefore that they don’t always stick to conventions. Some have no narrative and others don’t stick to generic conventions (some heavily use genre though)
