• (kleine) bibliotheken alleen, is niet optimaal: grotere community nodig en/of “mixed interest”

• Locale, regionale, nationale collaboratie werkt!

• Maar internationale samenwerking lijkt meer logisch

• Locatie and autoriteit IS belangrijk, zelfs in een virtuele wereld

• De persoonlijke benadering is nog steeds heel belangrijk

• Geeft een extra dimensie aan communicatie met de klant & aan inlichtingenwerk
