The bread is a energy source because it has carbohydrates, and it hasn’t got a lot of grease. It has got calcium too, that we need to have got strong bones or healthy teeth. The bread gives us iron, that helps us to prevent the anemia. But the bread has got gluten and some people are allergy to this so there are some bread that haven’t got gluten for these people can eat bread.

WHEAT BREADIt´s better than others because it has got wheat flour. This kind of flour is of better quality.

This bread is darker than others and that’s cause is made of rye, that’s a nutritious cereal which has less calories than the wheat. It has got much fiber too.

RICE BREADThis kind of bread is made with rice flour, this type of flour is used to cook breads without gluten for people who are allergic to this.
