Mindful Agile

For leaders and coaches that need a way of defining a pathway within a transformation, Mindful Agile is a transformation methodology that allows people to rapidly discover the proper pathway for an organizational transformation unlike other techniques Mindful Agile distinguishes repeatable patterns based on real science that accelerates transformation momentum.

Let’s Conduct an Experiment!Inspired by NatGeo’s “Brain Games” show

• Choose a number between 1 and 5

• Multiple that number by 99x1=9 | 9x2=18 | 9x3=27 | 9x4=36 | 9x5=45

• Take those numbers and add them together

• Subtract 5

Let’s Conduct an Experiment!Inspired by NatGeo’s “Brain Games” show

• Use the chart and select a country that begins with the letter associated with your number: 1=A | 2=B | 3=C | 4=D | 5=E

• Use the last letter in the country and think of an animal that begins with that letter

• Think of a color that begins with the last letter of the animal name

Automatic vs non automatic thinking

We’re going to show you a new way to think…

Coactive?

The Importance of Listening

• Listening is a form of Observation…

• This is meaningful to us (Mindful Agile) because we leverage OODA (observe, orient, decide, and act) in our transformation methodology
