The RSH-2-N Riser Speedhead is an all-purpose speedhead system that combines eight field-proven Pressure Control technologies to improve safety and to reduce well cost by maximizing efficiency for the most demanding drilling applications using the latest generation walking drilling rigs and top drive CRTs. Distinct from the rest of the RSH product line, the 11” upper bowl of the RSH-2-N is nested inside the lower packoff. A wide range of casing hanger choices are available to fit most requirements. When drilling operations are complete, the RSH-2-N housing converts to an API 13-5/8” 5M flange profile to allow installation of standard tubing heads.

– No waiting on surface casing cement required; surface casing is run, suspended, and cemented with RSH-2 housing installed

– No field welding – Quick-connect RSH-USC drilling adapter makes up in about

20 minutes to minimize BOP nipple-up and nipple-down time – Wear bushing is quickly run and retrieved without operating

wellhead lockscrews in the cellar – When mandrel hanger for production casing is used, patented

“RT” rotating casing hangar is standard – Lock rings are engaged from the rig floor without operating

wellhead lockscrews in the cellar

• Improved well control – Both intermediate and production mandrel hangers and packoffs

are locked in and seals are tested before BOP is removed – Back pressure valve prep is standard in mandrel production

hanger systems – Back pressure valve prep is available with slip casing hangers for

production casing BPV use during frac and completion operations

• Improved safety – No lockscrews—minimal body penetrations – Reduced time for personnel working in the cellar – Hot work is eliminated

• 11” upper bowl is nested inside the lower packoff, which is interchangeable with the rest of the RSH product line, thereby reducing your inventory requirements and costs

• Choice of casing hangers – Patented “RT” rotating mandrel casing hanger allows production

casing hanger and pup joint to be made up to casing string with a CRT; Casing may be rotated to the right while landing the hanger and during cementing, if desired.

– BPV prep available for slip hangers with optional packoffs – Standard W2 and W1-M slip hangers may be run for production

casing when BPV prep is not required • Choice of tubing heads and completions – T tubing head with 7-1/16” top (TD for dual completions) – MTH2 or MTH-2FB tubing head with 4-1/16” top or 5-1/8” top
