The Republic of Austria is a landlocked country in Central

Europe. It borders both Germany and the Czech

Republic to the north, Slovakia and Hungary to the east,

Slovenia and Italy to the south, and Switzerland and

Liechtenstein to the west. The capital is the city of Vienna on

the Danube River.

Vorarlberg:

It was built in the 13th century. Vorarlberg is the province we are from.

Hohensalzburg

The Hohensalzburg is 250 metres long and 150 metres broad. It‘s the biggest castle in Central Europe.

This church was built on the Pöstlingberg (mountain) in 1742. The Pöstlingberg is 539 metres high and a very popular destination for tourists.
