Who Is Required To Take FAIR-FS• All K-5 students at our F, DDD, DD, and D elementary schools

• All elementary schools will be required to administer FAIR-FS to their 5th grade students for placement into 6th grade Intensive Reading Classes during AP 3

• All grades 6-12 Level 1 and Level 2 students at our F, DDD, DD, and D middle and high schoolso It is further recommended that middle and high schools administer

FAIR-FS to their level 1 and 2 students during AP 3 in order to provide a data source for making reading support placements the following school year

• Any school other than those required to administer are welcome to participate in FAIR-FS

Test Security• Inappropriate actions by school or district personnel before, during,

or after test administration may result in consequences such as test invalidations and/or loss of teaching certificationo Please carefully read:

• the Test Security Policies and Procedures• the Florida Test Security Statute • the Florida State Board of Education Test Security Rule

o All personnel involved in test administration MUST read and sign the appropriate Test Administration and Security Agreement

o Test administrators will also be required to sign a Test Administrator Prohibited Activities Agreement indicating that they understand prohibited activities during test administration and possible consequences of inappropriate behavior

• Test administrators will record their certification numbers on the Test Administrator Prohibited Activities Agreement
