Our main floor space (approximately 2500 sq ft) has:

▪ seating for 150 people

▪ two (2) projection screens

▪ large bar area

▪ transparent overhead door

▪ water feature, and

▪ several other unique backdrops

Our balcony space (approximately 1000 sq ft) has:

▪ seating for 25 people

▪ lounge corner

The Butler’s Pantry is a cozy area for intimate wine tasting or event planning

Our Prep Space or AKA Bride’s Space (approximately 1200 sq ft) has:

▪ Three (3) bathrooms

▪ Preparation space

▪ Lounging area (with bean bag chairs )

▪ Mirrors

▪ Dressing Area

! Individuals making the bookings must secure their own AGLC special event liquor license, PAL insurance and * County of Leduc special events license (up to 200 guests - if req’d.). Occupancy may be affected by provincial or county restrictions during pandemic.
