• Age: cooking lessons is a service that many people in china want. But the primary target market for our service will be the young man and women. Therefore, our target age demographic will be the establishment market 16 to 36. They have the ability for themselves. Cooking is a very good ability for us. They have the very strong ability to learn the cooking.

• Gender: both young men and women can learn to cook. Therefore. The age is not the only way to learn the cooking

• Income level: our service will be not expensive, so our target market should not have a high income to afford it. So if you have a regular income or job, I think you can pay for the cost of the cooking lessons.

• Family life cycle: I think the people in the16 to 36. most of them in the university or go to work. Maybe their parents work outside, they can not take care of their children. So the children need to cook by themselves. The other way is that some people have the regular job. They will have no enough time to cook. But they will have children at future. So they need to learn how to cook for their children in the future.

• Ethnicity and culture: our target will be the all people in the world. But the main point is that we do the Chinese food. You know that china have 5 thousand history for the food. So in the china we have a lot of kind of food. The advertisement will show how learning cooking.

• Conclusion: based on all 5 demographic areas, our primary target market will be young men and women 16 to36 who are have the child who want them to learn cooking. They do not have a very high income.

• Psychographics: maybe the parents really have no time to take carefully of their children, so they will support the children to learn how to cook. The cooking is also a good ability for the people to service.

geographic: Children living in different geographic places will have different needs. Such us urban and rural. The two different consumers have different lifestyle, the people in the urban will like to pay for learning , but the people in the rural like to learn by themselves.

• Product: cooking service is a good service for you to take care of yourselves. If you live alone, it can support you to work for a long time.

• Price: the price of the cooking is not very expensive. You just pay for 400RMB to this lessons.

• Place: this lesson is to have 30 or 40 people first. Then they will choose a place that is small and bright for the people to learn how to cook

• Promotion: we will do some advertisement on the TV or the internet………
