For master's students, successful team collaboration depends upon pre-planned conflict strategies, successful synthesizing of learning styles to form group opinions, individual development of communication skills, and pre - planned team motivational strategies.

A team charter is a document that clarifies ground rules, goals, and guidelines

It helps a team set goals Creates team conflict resolution It make sure each team member has

a role, and is contributing to meet the common goal

It holds each member accountable for their part in the group

Outcome of Excellence

If conflict resolution and motivational strategies are preplanned, and team members work on developing his/her own communication skills the completed group project will satisfy the ideal vision of the entire group. The outcome will be a focused and intriguingly persuasive piece of work.
