For master's students, successful team collaboration depends upon pre-planned conflict strategies, successful synthesizing of learning styles to form group opinions, individual development of communication skills, and pre - planned team motivational strategies.

Outcome of Excellence

If conflict resolution and motivational strategies are preplanned, and team members work on developing his/her own communication skills the completed group project will satisfy the ideal vision of the entire group. The outcome will be a focused and intriguingly persuasive piece of work.
