What do we know? What fact can be extracted from
the problem scenario?
What do we think? What is the possible explanation?
What do we need to know? Put your inquiry into question form.
What should we do? Which resources is appropriate to
approch? Malaysia is projected transition
from a production based economy to knowledge-based economy by 2020.
Smart schools is one of the flagship initiative by government in MSC project.
Creating a group of 90 pilot Smart Schools in 1999.
