• Work with client’s existing materials or create new copy and collateral for campaigns

• Deploy, manage, and report on all campaigns

• Work with client to create a suggested budget for direct expenditures

• Develop and/or execute programs to increase user activity on the community:– Propose, run, and monitor engagement campaigns– Create appropriate user generated content– Create and update community announcement areas– Creation of additional content areas– Identify featured content and featured users– SEO best practices

• Identify and suggest ways to improve the overall community experience

•  Work with client to create a suggested budget for direct expenditures

Raise the profile of the community, company, or brand via social media channels

Work with external & client resources to conduct target demographic behavioral research Evaluate various social media channels, such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Podcasts Deploy, manage, and report on all Social Marketing results

Manage the community on a day to day basis, which includes moderation and updating content, further defined as:

• Create Moderation Guidelines

• Moderate Community

• Review moderation activities

• Ensure all areas of the community are working

• Communicate with users regarding questions, forgot passwords, suggestions, and other support items
