IIMANIIMAN is “Belief or Faith” to something beyond sense

perception, termed as “ - al-ghayb” meaning “the

unseen”.

It is derived from the root word “ ” which also means

“safety, peace, security, protection”

It denote: “certainty of the ultimate truth”, adherence to it

instils sense of “security in him” from doubts, uncertainty,

restlessness etc.

Yet from Islamic perspective “iiman” cannot be by mere blind

acceptance devoid of proof or substantiation i.e. Believe or

faith must be with knowledge.

Allah wishes to honour mankind over the Angels, Allah wishes to honour mankind over the Angels,

provided you therein with means for the fulfilment of your

life: small are the thanks that ye give!

bade the angels prostrate to Adam, and they prostrated, not

so Iblis; he refused to be of those who bow down.”

Mankind’s test began when Mankind’s test began when IblisIblis , after being , after being

tempt mankind. He was in fact challenging Allah’s Justice tempt mankind. He was in fact challenging Allah’s Justice
