Kudos to the Science Buskers for their outstanding performance at the recent Science Busker’s

Festival organised by Singapore Science Centre! The Science Buskers Festival is an annual

event that encompasses the idea of developing the individual’s communication skills through the

use of science in a creative manner.

24 teams represented our school for the audition round and 4 teams emerged as finalists. These

four teams busked tirelessly and wowed the public with their enthusiasm and confidence as they

actively presented their experiments.

After two days of intense busking, the teams faced the panel of judges and were given only a few

minutes to present their experiments and articulate the science concepts. The teams impressed

the judges and have received the following awards;

2nd Runner Up: Science Rocks

Judges Award (Appealing Costume): The Eco Squad

Voter’s Choice: The Eco Squad
