RaMeC SGV 60 / 80 Sheet – Pile - driver ( S= Saxi, G = Grip, V= Vibra. For example RaMeC SGV 60/80 is a 60 ton vibrator equal to all competitor´s
almost 80 ton vibrators, which don´t have “centralized hit” vibra-housing system, see RaMeC´s model-program )
1. As a Sheet – Pile Driver 1.1 Max length of the pile = 12 – 14m ( 16m )
Due to its vibra – house “ sliding bearing ” system RaMeC can lift 3 ton heavy piles
1.2 Double Sheet – Piles Due to RaMeC´s “ centralized hit ” and sliding vibra-house the double piles are no longer a big challenge
1.3 Z – Profiles Even double Z – profiles are now possible because of the reasons in point 1.2
1.4 Plastic Sheet – Piles With the “ centralized hit” the plastic sheet piles will go inside the ground more easily
2. H – Beams If driving over 3 ton heavy H – beams or pipes, contact your local dealer
3. Steel – Pipes It takes about 10 minutes to convert your RaMeC into a max 324mm diameter Steel – Pipe Driver. If working with larger dia pipes, consult your local dealer
4. RaMeC´s innovations / benefits for the customer
4.1 The “ Centralized Hit ” ( only RaMeC has it ) Our “Centralized Hit” makes RaMeC at least 20% stronger than any other side -grip-vibra
Customer´s benefit : 1) RaMeC 60 ton vibrator is equal to almost 80 ton by any competitor 2) Saving 10.000 – 15.000 € in fuel – costs
4.2 Vibra – house´s Slide – Bearing – System
All vibrators run up – down – up ( = the amplitude ) Due to RaMeC´s genius vibra-house´s slide- bearing system ONLY 700kg + the pile needs to be lifted up or vibrated down. All competitors have 1200 – 1800kg heavy vibra – houses
Customer´s Benefit : 1) More practical vibra-force – more pile penetration with the same amount of energy 2) Saving a lot of fuel = can be 15.000 € / year 3) No Power-Pack Motor or 30 ton excavator needed; RaMeC + 25 ton, one class smaller excavator is ENOUGH 4) You can lift >1 ton heavy piles, until 3 ton
4.3 The slipping problem of pads = just history with RaMeC In RaMeC the vibra – force is now in the center of the pile – no more torque to “ tilt ” the vibrator. With the new clamping system we have doubled the clamping force
Customer´s Benefit : 1) No sliding less new pads needed less costs 2) Easier to drive sheet-piles vertically
4.4 MUCH LESS OVERHEATING of vibra – bearings
Like the very expensive piling rigs, also RaMeC has separate, 2x larger oil-tanks outside the vibra-houses
Customer´s Benefit : 1) Longer, continuous vibrating in tough soil 2) Less bearing service costs
5. RaMeC´s Control System 5.1 Proportional Control
All movements : 2x arms, slewing and tilting are proportional controlled
Customer´s Benefit : 1) Less crushed pile – locks or hazardous pile – tilting movements
5.2 Angel – Screen
The operator can see the angel of the pile from the screen or from the blinking light ( on the top of the widow ). If the pile is over 8 meters the operator can see the angel of the pile from the linking light instead of having to look down to the screen.
5.3 Without “ Auto - Steer ” RaMeC has + 20% more
penetration speed in soft or middle-hard soil Due to the “ centralized hit ”, in RaMeC – system the operator mainly / only needs to concentrate on the stick- cylinder to keep the pile straight
Customer´s Benefit : 1) At least 20% more hit pile m´s / a day 2) Simple, durable control system
Technical Data of RaMeC SGV:
1) RaMeC SGV 20/30 will be introduced during the autumn 2013. 2) If over 324mm pipe, please take contact with your dealer. 3) RaMeC always correlates to its 20% bigger competitors
(see points 4.1 and 4.2) 4) The oil-flow has to be measured always at 250 bar
pressure IF the working efficiency is important : the excavator cylinders need +10% more oil in the pressure of 250 bar NOTE: All 20 ton and 25 ton excavators on the market DON’T have the requested oil-flow. Before ordering a sheet pile driver, confirm the hydraulic power by measuring or from your dealer.
