RAM is a fast temporary type of memory in which application and data is stored.

DO THEY DIFFER?

Yes one stores memory and one forgets it when it turns off.

WHAT IS VOLATILE MEMORY?

Volatile memory is computer storage that only maintains its data while the device is powered.
