It is with great pleasure and anticipation to welcome you to Definite Difference X, our first decade of sales. It has never been a better time to be a Hereford breeder. There is a high demand for functional, easy doing cattle with great dispositions. High prices for feeders and cull cows make it a lot easier to part with those cows with
age or breeding problems and update with young outcross genetics that will convert better on a forage diet. As we challenged our cowherd over the last decade to do more on less, it shows on how far we have come
making better cattle from the ground up. They are more effective feed converters and that makes the bottom line better too. We invite you to come see what we have done.
As in the past sales, I am very proud of our family and the lifestyle in which we have created for them. To our past customers and friends, we are indebted to you for your help and support in our dream.
Thank You to a few key people in our lives.Bill and Joan Cutler, their treasured friendship and business wisdom have been invaluable to the key success
of this lifestyle and business we have. Our lives are greater because of them.Burt and Patricia Lake, for helping us get started in a business we are so passionate about.
Vince and Michelle Fischer, for their dedication to the family farm, long hours, hot days, cold nights, they have helped us keep it going and are very dear to us.
To all our other friends who pitch in to help make a go of this, from watching the boys (which we all know is a full time job of never ending mayhem) to pushing cows and cutting the grass.
We thank everyone for their help.Hailey has now moved in with us for the foreseeable future and her along with Max, Grant and Nolan leave us
wondering how they have so much energy.
Thank You to Cutler’s Little Farm, Goble Cattle Co. Rollins Herefords, Harris Creek Herefords and Cottonwood Springs Farm for consigning to our sale. They have brought you a great offering, digging deep
into their herds to make this Decade sale a great one.
I am not going to talk much about the cattle, as you view the catalog you will see they speak for themselves. They are all solid, deep and eye appealing with front running genetics to make them true assets and
contributors to the Hereford breed. We stand behind these genetics, as we are proud to have them go through our sale.
Thanks again to everyone who has help make Ridgeview Farm what it is today.
Thank You
Bob

*This is a pure cow prospect by the popular Durango 4037 known for his wet daughters, champion offspring and completeness of kind.
This heifer has the boldness of rib, depth of flank and overall completeness to be an efficient producer.
*An exciting young cow that exemplifies why we love Kilowatts. She has eye appeal, udder quality with longevity, stoutness of kind yet ultra feminine. Her dam is the favorite at Cutler’s Little Farm and an untouchable at sale selection
time. Her maternal brother selling as lot 38 also illustrates the power in this cow family.

*A really pretty heifer that is cosmetically right. She is smooth as glass with an ideal phenotype that will make a junior a standout in the ring.
*This paternal sister to Denver Supreme champion About Time is one wet female. She was bred in the proven Mead Cattle program in Georgia, has
adapted to our climate, raised one of the best and bred back on time. This kind keeps us going.

Bred Apr. 26th to RVP STAR 533P Can-Am 57U / Safe in calf*This is a sweet, pigmented prospect that is a two year old’s first try. She will be valuable as a cow if she follows mom’s example. These
Kilowatts will be a huge part of Ridgeview’s future.*Wow, What a nice two year old with the look to last forever. We can’t ask
one to do more than this lady. She calved unassisted, milks well with astandout udder and bred timely all while looking like a fashion model.

*This pair may be as strong as we have. This Kilowatts heifer has as much total dimension as any in a very attractive package. She is square, bold sprung, sound
and feminine. Study mom awhile and visualize this lady in two years.*It is difficult to know where to start with this female. She is just so appealing in every aspect…visual, quality, production and value. Her sire is a time tested car-
cass and maternal sire from Star Lake that just keeps siring great ones.
Jade will make lots of noise in a donor program given the opportunity.

*This is an extra long sided, long fronted heifer that sure gives you a neat viewfrom the side. She is structurally correct and as she matures she will
develop into one of the “sleeper” junior prospects. *This is a very eye catching big bodied Boomerang daughter that has the power and scale to be a donor. She was selected from the JWR herd in Georgia and we have
not been disappointed.
This is one of the “diamonds in the rough” at photo time. Her maternal side tells us she will develop into a standout in the pasture. *507W is a produc-tion oriented daughter of “Did It” that calved at 21 months and bred back on time. Her dam, 2052 from Rockin W in Texas has been a consistent

Tracie is one of the oldest Kilowatts in production and a farm favorite with her freckles and pigmented udder. She will flat raise a calf getting

Dancin Jane is a daughter of Kilo who built our herd in the beginning and gave us the competitive cattle we needed for our customers. We only get a
couple each year but always look forward to their arrival. This lady will just keep getting better as she matures. *This balanced beef cow has such a cool look and is a great representative of Neal’s program. She is in her prime and
will give you a good one each year.

We selected this female from Steve and Elaine Roberts at CSR Polled Herefords when they had their first sale. She has developed into a
massive, good milking beast that has an udder that should last forever. Old Finlay on the bottom side was known for his beautiful daughters.
78U is a red eyed, heavy milking producer that is easy to find in the pasture. Her calves will weight with the best. She is doing a great job on her unexpected cross bred heifer calf…Either us or
our neighbor needs to build better fences.

When we look at this two year old we couldn’t be prouder for our friend Massey Booth at Glenview Farms in Pennsylvania. This lady is near pic-ture perfect and loaded with maternal genetics. J4 was a great donor, 93P
still works at Glenview and 238S was a strong lot in our sale last year.
Another really cool two year old that is from the Plum River Ranch program. She is so stylish, eye appealing and functional.

*We can’t ask a two year old to do much more than this Glen Hanson bred female has done. She is an example of how strong
Michigan bred Herefords really are.
.*We feel like this gal will hunt in her age bracket and deserves that show ring opportunity. She is classy and knows it and that always helps in competition.*Maria is a functional Git R Done out of a Kilo that is setting a great dinner

What an exciting mating we offer you in these heifer calves. They are dark red, red eyed and red to the ground. By National Champion Can-Am, who also sired The Junior Calf Champion bull in Denver this past year. Their dam Lake Lady 225U is a beautifully constructed donor cow that is easy doing, sweet fronted with lots of milk. Their grand dam from Elmlodge is a never miss kind of cow that produced one of the high
