New Adopted Rule Amendments
Effective March 1, 2015:• Permit applications must include additional information:
–Requested classification
–Purpose of the pipeline or pipeline system» Common carrier
» Gas utility
» Private operator
New Adopted Rule Amendments
• Permit applications must include sworn statement
– Operator’s factual basis supporting classification and purpose being sought
• If applicable,
– Documentation such as contract of tariff
– Other information requested by the Commission
• T-4 Permit may be revocable any time after a hearing
• Applicant must acknowledge eminent domain provisions in Texas Landowner’s Bill of Rights
