Ensure chairs spend time in classroom with all adjuncts biweekly
Dean to conduct unofficial weekly observation visits
Chairs and Dean visible to students a break to gain feedback
Dean, Chairs, Associate Dean out in hallways and entrances at before 6pm
Weekly 1-1 – review performance of instructors, student engagement, attendance, student success
Chairs are visiting classrooms weekly and report on observations
System of organized processes including precise objectives, targets, measures, evaluations and rewards
o Weekly meetings with chairs to review metric objectives
o Show Meetings (AA, with Director)
o Define pro-active measures to ensure success
o Isolate issues of concern; areas of concern per program
o Cross reference models of success from other Deans
