DESCRIPTION

sildes from the presentation given as part of the lecture at the Linkoping University in Sweden. I borrowed Lucy Kimbell's video from her Designing for Services project at Oxford as part of the lecture. I then shared two case studies from my PhD empirical research to demonstrate the different scope and approach designers used in Service Design practice so far.
