QUIZZES: 75 Points

There will be daily quizzes.  The lowest score will be dropped.  There are no make-up quizzes.  Quizzes have two purposes.

Quizzes are to encourage class attendance. Current quiz questions come from information already discussed in class.

Exam #1: April 30th Exam #2: June 11th 12:00 noon I don’t take class time to go over

exams, nor do I hand exams back. If you want to see your exam, you need to come by my office.

With a partner, you will be required to present an article related to the chapter being discussed that day. As an alternative, you may choose to present and discuss an ad campaign.

IMC Project: 130 points

In a group you should complete an Integrated Marketing Communication project. I have divided the project into IV parts

Part I 20 points: An assessment of your company and an audit of its current communication touch points

Part II 30 points: A print/Outdoor media campaign for your company.

Part III 30 points: Attend a Trade Show. A year-long media plan. What media do you intend to buy? How much will each buy cost? What is the rationale behind your buys?

Part IV 50 points: Recap of project and presentations of a multi-media campaign for your company. Radio/TV/ Social Marketing Media
