• Each Program is 4 weeks long and meets twice a week. There is a minimum of 5 athletes per class and a maximum of 20.

• Youth (8-11)• In this group we will feed the young athletes body new information and help them to learn

new positive neuromuscular movement patterns. Our priority is to help ensure the athlete has sound running technique, athletic balance, athletic coordination, and strength relative to their sport. We will build a strong athletic foundation that will continue to grow throughout the young athlete’s career.

• Developmental (12-14)• This Group will focus on the fundamentals of athleticism. Athletes will perform multiple

reps until each movement is ingrained in the neuromuscular system. We will also begin to refine the skills required to be faster, stronger, more agile and a better all around athlete.

• Scholastic (15-21)• We will focus on fine tuning the neuromuscular patterns, technique, and how to execute

what has been learned. In essence we are putting the final pieces together to improve the athletes’ ability to participate in their sport.
