Strength of SUNPALSUNPAL Multiwall Polycarbonate Standing Seam Architectural Systemconsists of modular panels with snap-on connecting profiles (battens) madeof polycarbonate or aluminium. The use of stainless steel fasteners(cleats/ retention clips) allows and controls thermal expansion andeliminates the need for penetrations through the sheet; hence theconcealed fasteners make the structure 100% watertight.

T-Fasteners for side-ways control & T-Lock Fasteners in SS-304(patented) controls the movement of polycarbonate panels forlateral movement rose by thermal expansion.
The extruded panel includes integral extruded tight multi-cellsand truss-like structural core for resistance to buckling. Thepanel's exterior skins are interconnected and spaced apart bysupporting ribs perpendicular to the skins and diamond cuts at asupporting ribs, perpendicular to the skins and diamond cuts, at aspacing not to exceed 4 mm (0.16 inches) (truss-likeconstruction).

SUNPAL panels are guaranteed for water leak-proof performance for25 years.
SUNPAL panels bear a limited lifetime warranty not to lose more than8% of light transmission for 15 years and no more than 1% per yearthereafter when measured according to ASTM D1003-77thereafter, when measured according to ASTM D1003 77.
SUNPAL panels are warranted for up to 10 years from the date ofpurchase not to break or fail as a result of impact by hail measuring up
