Strength of SUNPALSUNPAL Multiwall Polycarbonate Standing Seam Architectural Systemconsists of modular panels with snap-on connecting profiles (battens) madeof polycarbonate or aluminium. The use of stainless steel fasteners(cleats/ retention clips) allows and controls thermal expansion andeliminates the need for penetrations through the sheet; hence theconcealed fasteners make the structure 100% watertight.

SUNPAL Architectural System is considered as temporary structure due toits fixing technique with its detachable modular orientation, which can bedismantled easily and used at some other site in different geometrydismantled easily and used at some other site in different geometry.

Ultraviolet Light Transmission (UV)SUNPAL Polycarbonate Standing Seam Architectural System incorporates co-extrudedprotective UV layer on both sides of the polycarbonate panel. This layer acts as a barrierprotective UV layer on both sides of the polycarbonate panel. This layer acts as a barrierand helps to prevent degradation of the panel itself. Co-extrusion offers dramaticallysuperior durability when compared to other types of UV protective barriers and ensuresagainst de-lamination or oxidation. 99.5% of the sun’s harmful UV radiation is blocked bySUNPAL, resulting in a panel that is highly weather resistant, durable, and non-yellowing.SUNPAL, resulting in a panel that is highly weather resistant, durable, and non yellowing.

SUNPAL polycarbonate panels should be used for open roof retractable structures or fullyexposed exterior walls or partitions. UV protection prevents yellowing and helpsmaintain strength, impact resistance, and clarity over time.

Condensation ControlSUNPAL polycarbonate panels have multi-cell air space and higher R-Factor, whichreduces condensation formation. As an example, if you were to put your warm hand on a cool ceramic tile for afew minutes heat from your body would begin to transfer to the tile and the tile wouldbegin to get warmer You could easily test this by removing your hand; touching anotherbegin to get warmer. Extruded U-profile snap-on battens (snap-on connector) in samecolor as panel, fixed over the up-stands making them as inter-p p glocking in parallel arrangement and water leak-proof.

T-Fasteners for side-ways control & T-Lock Fasteners in SS-304(patented) controls the movement of polycarbonate panels forlateral movement rose by thermal expansion.

The extruded panel includes integral extruded tight multi-cellsand truss-like structural core for resistance to buckling. Thepanel's exterior skins are interconnected and spaced apart bysupporting ribs perpendicular to the skins and diamond cuts at asupporting ribs, perpendicular to the skins and diamond cuts, at aspacing not to exceed 4 mm (0.16 inches) (truss-likeconstruction).

SUNPAL panels are guaranteed for water leak-proof performance for25 years.

SUNPAL panels bear a limited lifetime warranty not to lose more than8% of light transmission for 15 years and no more than 1% per yearthereafter when measured according to ASTM D1003-77thereafter, when measured according to ASTM D1003 77.

SUNPAL panels are warranted for up to 10 years from the date ofpurchase not to break or fail as a result of impact by hail measuring up
