TheFORIGrouphasbeenrecordinggrowthandsuccessfullyovercomingchallengesonitspathtodevelopmentformorethan25years.Myleadingprincipleofsettinghighobjectivesifwewanttobesuccessfulwasalsoprovedbyourresultsin2015.In2015,FORIGroupincreasedtheirsalesrevenueby13%fromthepreviousyear,conquerednewmarkets,significantlyimprovedprofitabilityandstrengtheneditsfinancialstructure.
Our product sales in more than 60 countries from our companies in Slovenia, Serbia, Russia and China, which have a total of 637 employees, created a consolidated income of 42.15 million EUROS.

Regardingthe conditions on the national andglobal market, we recognise thatwe must constantly adapt to theconditions on themarket and haveclearlyplannedobjectives.This year, we have focused mainlyon looking for new possibilitiesand researching opportunities forbusinessgrowthinthenextyear.It is important that in theupcoming year we implementnew technology, new material,and more complex production,in addition to strengthening our

FInanCIal HIGHLIGHTSThe net sales of FORI Group will have grown by 2018 mainly in the automotive and cable programme by a rate of 10% annually and with focus on markets in Asia, the Middle East and America. In the coming years our focus will be to increase profitability and added value in all programmes. On the basis of this healthy growth we will reduce our debt and lower our net financial debt to EBITDA from a ratio of 3.7 in 2014 to 1.4 in 2019.

The shaping of various types of sheet metal isperformed on 9 hydraulic and eccentric pressesmanufacturedbyOMERA,GRABENER,PRESSEROSS.Thepressingforcesofthesemachinesvarydependingon their size, from 1250 to 6300 kN. All hydraulicpresseshavea retainingcushion to retain thesheetmetalformatsduringthedeepdrawingoperationwithamaximumforceof600to3000kN.
PlasticsTakingintoconsiderationthebasicstrategicdevelopment,whichdemandsanintegratedandcomplexoffer,wealsodevelopedaplasticprogramme,withanemphasisonplasticprocessingandplasticinjection.Inthesegmentofplasticinjection,wehaveseveralyearsofexperienceinthemanufacturingofcomponentsfortheneedsofmanufacturersofsmallandlargecomponentsfortheautomotiveindustry.Asadditionalserviceswealsoofferassemblyandthevarnishingofplasticproducts.
InjectionmouldingThethermoplasticmaterialsourprocesstechnologyfeaturescomputercontrolledproductionusing14KRAUSSMAFFEIinjectionmouldingmachineswhichhaveuptoapprox.3600gcapacityandaclampingforcefrom40to800tons.Themachineswerepurchasedinsuccessionmainlyfrom2002onwards.Allbigmachines(above300tons)areequippedwithSEPROautomaticmanipulators.
ToolmakingInourowntoolshop,wedesignandproducetoolsintendedforshapingalltypesofsheetmetal(StainlessFe(INOX)ordinaryandzincked(warmandelectro)metalsheet).Whenmakingtools,wefullyconformtothecustomersrequirementsandneeds.Duetolimitationsofproductioncapacities,wehavedecidedtohiresubcontractors,toolmakingspecialists,tomanufactureplasticproductinjectiontools.
DesignandDevelopementInanyindustrialarea,takingintoaccountthecustomer’wishes,weofferanexecutionofintegrateddevelopmentsolutionswithinwhichweguaranteecooperationinjointprojects,fromthedesignconceptionofproductsorassembliestothephaseoflayingconceptsforindividualassembliesortheircomponents.TheengineeringtoolsmostoftenusedintheconceptlayingprocessarePro/EngineerandCatia.Incaseoftheexecutionofamoreextensivespecificmechanicalanalysesofproductsisneeded,weseekcollaborationwithexternalspecialisedexpertinstitutions.

It isimportanttomentionournewclients;our stock possibilities, delivery ofrequired, even small quantities, ina short timeframe with all customsprocedures completed –is definitelyan interesting offer for them. Ourexpectations for2016on theRussianmarketarehigher,weshouldachieve3mil€inturnover.Our trade stand for CABEX this yearalso generated a lot of interest; weusedaphotoofalltheparticipantsatthelasttechnicalconference

WIRE in Düsseldorf is certainly themost important trade fair for cableindustry actors to present and findnewopportunities.Wehave,ofcourse,takenthispossibilitywithTOPTAPESandtriedtoachievemaximumbenefitfromthisevent.Theboothbackgroundwas a photo from the last technical
conference in Slovenia that was apoint of interest for participants thatfound themselves on the picture,but also for those participants whowant to participate in the followingone.Additionalmagnets to our standwere the singers from Navihanke,who prepared a wonderful musicprogramme.The number of visits to our boothsexceeded our expectations. Many ofthe 150 companies present were ourexistingpartners,andthatisproofthatTOP TAPES are known worldwide. Alot is alsoexpected fromnewclients,we counted almost a quarter of allvisiting companies, as this is a newopportunity,onanewmarket.Specialattentionwasalsogiven to all guestsfrom Iran; Tuesday’s programme wasdedicatedtothem.
MIDDLE EAST ELECTRICITY, dubaj 2016Lastyear,theMIDDLEEASTELECTRICITYexhibitionwasasuccessandanexcellentopportunityforTOPTAPESsothedecisiontoparticipateagainthisyearwaseasytomake.ParticipantsincludednotonlyimportantcableproducersfromtheMiddleEastbutalsofromotherpartsoftheworld.Ourboothdesignwasuniqueandamagnet formanyvisitors;withphotosof thelasttechnicalconferenceheldinSlovenia.Weofferedawiderangeofproductsandnewsolutions forcablemakers.All thishas led toexcellent resultsat thisyear’sexhibition,newopportunities,newcontactsandnewcooperationisexpected.
CABEX,Moskva2016 This was the third time TOPTAPES was presented at CABEXinMoscow.Ithasbecomeawell-known brand name not onlyon the Russian market but alsoon other former Soviet Unionmarkets. This year CABEX wasalsoamagnificentopportunityforFORRUStobepresentedasalocaldistributor of TOP TAPES. FORRUS was established in 2015 tooffer customers shorter deliveryterms, flexibility and optimisedprocedures.This year CABEX was moresuccessful than previousyears, not only in number ofvisitors, but also as a result ofdiscussionsheld,asforexamplea
