Mumbai Environmental Social Network(MESN) is a registered NGO established in 2005. Its founding trustees are Ashok Datar (Chairman), Chetan Temkar and Rishi Agarwal. It is primarily focused in providing discipline and governance oriented information and solutions to the growing traffic congestion
