About Mahi Hydro Power Project

Development of the multistate Mahi Bajaj Sager Project started with laying of the foundation stone in 1960. The project is named after national leader Shri Jamnala Bajaj. Major construction activities started in 1972 and the PH-I was dedicated by Chief Minister Haridev Joshi in Feb 1983
