How the model works:

Instead of the menu card, the waiter can hand over a tablet or an ipad on which “Kodemint’s eMenu” is installed. The guest gets to see the menu with the items. The guest can then place the order with the waiter in the usual way.

Value Add:

A provision is given in the menu application through which an admin can make a setting through which only the items available on that day will be displayed on the menu. This sometimes helps avoid frustration from the guest because a particular item is not available.

Working of Digital Menu:

Instead of the menu card, the waiter can hand over a tablet or an ipad on which “Kodemint’s eMenu” is installed. The guest gets to see the menu with the items. The guest can choose and make a list of items through the menu. He can add his comments/remarks corresponding to each item, review his selection and then hand over the menu back to the waiter.

info is sent as a kot to a dashboard, which has to be manually tracked from this point. Provisions would be given to the guest to call the waiter & request for a bill
