Two modules under Intermediate framework : 1–Service Lifecycle Module. (Focuses on broader management of ITIL® practice area) 2–Service Capability Module. (Focuses on intense, specialized, process-level knowledge in one or more processes)
Lifecycle Module : Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation , Continual Service Improvement.
Capability Module : Service Offerings & Agreements, Release Control & Validation, Operational Support & Analysis, Planning Protection & Optimization.
Provide 4 credits in each module under capability & 3 credits in each module under lifecycle stream.
