• New/enhanced Faculty Self Service functionality that will be released in December 2009:

– Faculty Center (New)– Class Roster (Updates)– Grade Roster (Updates)– Advisor Center (New)– Advisement Report (New)

The Faculty Center opens to the My Schedule tab. You can view your current semester schedule. You can also view another semester by clicking the change term button.

You can access the Class Roster for a specific class by clicking the Class Roster icon ( ).

The Grade Roster icon ( ) will appear next to a class if there is an existing Grade Roster. You can click this icon to access the Grade Roster.

You can also access the following pages from the tabs at the top of the page: Advisor Center, Search, class roster, and grade roster.

You can download the Class Roster by clicking the download icon ( ).

There is now a Printer Friendly Version link on the Class Roster. Click this link to print the roster (see image above).

A second notify option has been added to the Class Roster page. You can send an email to selected students. This button has also been added to the Grade Roster and My Advisees pages.

The Download feature is located on the bottom of the Grade Roster – Student Grade section as a hyperlink.

The add this grade to selected students feature allows you to populate all selected students with the same grade.

The Printer Friendly Version feature is also a hyperlink on the Grade Roster page.

The new Advisor Center displays all your advisees and their key information.

The Student Center page displays the student’s key information, including Academics and Personal Information.

Interactive Advisement Report

The Advisement Report displays the status of an advisee’s requirements. Expand and collapse sections to review details.

Any requirements that have not been completed are identified as Not Satisfied. Courses listed in a requirement section can have a status of Taken, In Progress, or Planned.

Click the View Report as PDF button to view this report as a PDF and print it to review with your advisee.
