Government project s which invest 22,860 million dollars (US) to launch many mega-projects to improve Transportation and logistic, Agriculture, Education, Public health, and Tourism etc, with the expected result to filled more than 2 million workers and strengthen the employ competitive potential of the private sector.

Using ICT blended mode for Lifelong Learning under Strengthen Thailand 2010-2012 project
Develop regional university human resources for conducting e-Learning education.Establish “Common Infrastructure” to inter-connecting 9 regional universities learning resources repository.Create priority job-based curriculums/courses according to the need of each region.Provide ICT blended mode training and self-paced learning via Thailand learning resources repository network.

Teacher did not change teaching behavior.
Lack of teachers in some fields.

Conclusion
In conclusion, ICT plays important roles in education. The Thai government has considered the importance of ICT in education. Several policies has been issued. The new project has been introduced.
The Office of Higher Education Commission has established UniNet and TCU to assist Higher Education institution in implementing ICT in education. Several activities have been conducted via information network including e-learning, e-library, tele-conference, tele-medicine.
