General objective: Joint development of human resources in the field of

healthcare trough cross-border cooperation between institutions

Specific objectives: Increasing the quality of healthcare services, through

joint training of the medical personnel Improved access for patients to new medical services

offered as a result of the skills development of medical staff to use modern methods of diagnosis and treatment of female infertility

Conclusions

Thanks to this project, the number of endoscopic interventions in the two hospitals has increased by about 50%

Implementation of the project has helped to streamline medical care by reducing the hospitalization period by using endoscopy as a method of diagnosis and treatment

Conclusions

Furthers needed the development of health infrastructure and increasing training of medical staff to deal with the new technologies introduced and new trends in health care

Thanks to this project, was formed a joint medical team, Romanian-Hungarian, able to develop and implement new cross-border projects to improve the health of the population in the border region
