They then loan the money out at a superior rate of interest to other people to buy houses. (Me)

We buy, sell and hold houses. Your funds are borrowed for the

purchase and secured against an actual piece of property.

We pay you either 9 or 12% to use your money.

It is really a very simple plan.

1) We locate a property we want to buy. 2) We borrow from you to purchase the

property. 3) We have a formal closing and you get

a mortgage on the home with other important documents.

Availability of cash allows us to buy at a discount because banks prefer cash buyers.

2) The interest accrues until the house is sold and you get one check for principal and interest. (12%)

We always pay a minimum of 6 months worth of interest!!!

This HELOC would be $253.34/mo., but we pay you $375/mo.

That’s $122/mo. more working for you!

PLUS appreciation on your house!!!

Again, you become the bank!
