• The Role of this Department is to:— Monitor all progress, delays and variations of all projects. — Create accurate estimates and assessments of all aspects
of each project.— Summarize all that in the monthly report which is the
final product of any Project Management Firm.
WHAT I’VE LEARNED• The first part of my training was to start calculating
the concrete volumes for the Four Seasons Luxor Project which helped me improve my AutoCAD skills.

• Afterwards I started gathering the project data and performing all the necessary calculations and operations to create sort of a data base to start creating a schedule.
