floors ensure safety . Checking periodically for hazards, like a banana peel, that could cause an accident.
RISK: HEALTH HAZARD
• Location: CICI’S PIZZA• POSSIBLE
CONTROL: Hair nets and gloves for all employees in contact with food items(food handlers)to reduce contamination
