We mailed packets to all current permit holders

Submit NOI by January 16, 2018

Best way is through email at

ecls-stormwaterpermitting@deq.ok.gov

SWP3 required to be submitted for review for

Sites over 40 acres, or

Over 5 acres in the Lake Thunderbird watershed, or

In a sensitive watershed

All fees must be paid before a new permit will be issued

Notice of Termination No more Inspection Request forms

The NOT now acts as a IR form

Only 1 NOT form per 90 days per site

2012 General Permit

Permit was terminated at midnight the day it was signed

2017 General Permit

Your permit is not terminated until we send a termination letter

Notice of Termination When we get the NOT

Assign an inspection to the local ES

15 days to complete the inspection

Send pass/fail letter

2 reasons to terminate

Site is stabilized

You are no longer the owner/operator

Notice of Termination Stabilization

Uniform perennial vegetative cover (70%)

No large bare areas (10 square feet)

Pavement, gravel, rip-rap

If you are in a subdivision

For each lot you sell fill out an NCO

Keep with your SWP3 until you are ready to terminate

The new operator must obtain permit coverage

Current Status 1600 Industrial Permits (Renewals due October 3rd)

400 No Exposure

2700 Construction Permits (Renewals due January 16th)

Priority to new permits
