SewperCoat Process• We clean with 5000 PSI water blasting.• We remove all & any existing coatings, such as

this 1/2inch thick fiberglass liner.

• Patch walls and stop all leaks.• Rebuild bench and invert.• We work with live flow or flow-through plugs.

SewperCoat Process

• We apply SewperCoat PG (pumpable grade), 100% Pure Fused Calcium Aluminate aggregate/cement which cures up to

10,000psi within 24 hours.

SewperCoat Process• Once the desired thickness is spray applied

(minimum 1/2”, but in this case 1-3” overall) we hand trowel the surface.

SewperCoat Process• After troweling we brush the entire interior:

walls, chimney and bench for an aesthetic and signature look.

Infiltration enters behindthe fiberglass and runs down on to the bench.

Rebuilt bench and channel.

No manhole should be replaced before we look at it!

No fancy top coats, no epoxies, nothing that can peel off, delaminate or fall off …and there’s NO getting behind it!
