Process of affordable house purchasing and project loan operation
1. The buyer of house plant come to Beijing to sign cooperation agreement of buying house material processing lines with ZCHTIM - technical and loan introducer. Prepare 10,000 USD for agreement witness and registration of agreement. This is to protect both parties' interest from unfair competition.2.Visit machines factory and see how the they are operated. Decide list of machines to buy.3.Start ordering equipment .( 50% down payment,50% balanceshould be paid before shipping)4.Make up a list of other materials needed for sample house projects. Decide which will be bought locally and which are imported from China.(the purchased lines make wall panel and floor panel)5.Start ordering materials imported from China depend on how many sample houses will be built.6.At the same time , prepare house project loan application. Please refer to related loan document.
