rmenia’s unique religious and cultural heritage, combined with its stunning landscape
nd nature are unquestionably its strongest asset for tourism.
Distinct periods of history over the past 4000 years (Urartu, Hellenic, Christian, Soviet, etc)
have merged to create a small country with much to offer to the visitor. Nevertheless, the
tourism sector in the regions of the countries remains weakly developed due to the lack of
foreign investments.
7 potential investors from Poland, Sweden, Hungary, Ukraine, Italy, Great Britain, Czech
Republic are arriving to Yerevan on August 17 with the purpose of meeting different

brings together those 7 potential investors and 7 working groups ( each representing one of
the regions in Armenia: Tavush, Lori, Kotayk, Syunik, Gegharkunik, Vayots Dzor, Shirak).
Your Role:
15 days before the arrival of the potential investors, 7 working groups will be created to
represent the regions of Armenia: Tavush, Lori, Kotayk, Syunik, Gegharkunik, Vayots Dzor,
Shirak. Each group comprises of 3 participants who will be working closely with the
assigned mentor. Your task is to prepare a presentation and a booklet on the region you
represent for the potential investors. You have to be as impressive as possible to persuade
the investors that your region and not any other has the highest potential for tourism
development. The booklet and presentation should be made in a creative way and not
copied from the tourism promoting pages. Be unique, daring and innovative; prove that
