• Need an “up-down” approach as opposed to a “down-up” approach

• Good communication strategy is essential to share good practices, raise awareness and make the effort worthwhile

• Involve main stakeholder from the very beginning

• Include sustainability into contracts to ensure an effective follow up and good measurement

• It’s a journey:

• Requires strategy, resources and leadership

• Requires learning and education

• It is more than green
