partnership portal– And seamless service delivery for the end citizen

raised

Florence selects the Newham extranet site

Government Employee card is lit

up and can be used

Florence is able to view the employee

information before it is sent to log her on.

associated with the employee

card

applications are displayed

to check the invoice data and

check the amounts tally.

invoice using her word processor

invoice with the original purchase

order.

Finally, Florence wants to check the Social Care

system to confirm exactly

what care package was set up in the system.

This system only accepts

proprietary logon information

which Florence needs to

remember.

Once logged in Florence finds

the care package and double checks the

details to find any error.

The error is spotted and

Florence is able to update her

manager with the problem.

Florence is able to update the

finance manager on where the discrepancy

arose.

information before it is sent to log her on.

Florence is now prompted to

enter her password

associated with the employee

card

Florence is now logged on and must complete the form before Mr Smith can claim his gift.

Florence has successfully

completed the form and John

Smith will not be informed directly.
