Formal Education

Formal learning, normally delivered by trained teachers in a systematic intentional way within a school, academy/college/institute or university,

Informal Education

Informal education is a general term for education outside of a standard school setting. It can refer to various forms of alternative education, such as:

 Homeschooling

 The mass media ( television, video games, magazines, museums, libraries, zoos, and other community-based organizations offer informal education
