STUDIO

PROJECT

Projects build on one another over the duration of the semester and throughout the curriculum. Each new project references previous modes of learning. Projects are developed through writing, drawings, and modeling. There is a constant dialogue of critique and response.

Studios act as Context. Composed of students, teaching assistants, and the work. Studios operate in a series of loops. Studio is charged by the insertion of elective course work to reinforcse skills and tools. Studios foster critical thinking as a means of problem solving and represention. Each studio redefines the standard of resolution and the expectation of critical investigation. Each new project references previous modes of learning.
