IntroductionCancer which is one of most dangerous diseases in our days is not born in a day.
Egyptian mummies has shown a few cases of bone cancer (5000:3000 BC).
Ancient Greeks where the first to refer to cancer as a specific disease and gave the cancer the terms “carcinogenic and carcinoma.
what is cancer?Cancer is a group of diseases in which cells.
1. Aggressive Grow and divide without respect to normal limits.
2. Invasive Invade and destroy adjacent tissues.
3. Metastatic Spread to other locations in the body.
These three malignant properties of cancers differentiate them from benign tumors, which are self-limited in their growth and do not invade or metastasize (although some benign tumor types are capable of becoming malignant). Cancer may affect people at all ages, even fetuses, but risk for the more common varieties tends to increase with age.
CausesBy factors that stimulate the mechanism like:-
1. Tobacco smoke.2. Radiation. 3. Chemicals.4. Infectious agents.5. Hormonal imbalances.EX: hyper estrogenic states in promoting endometrial
cancer.

Mechanism of occurrence of cancer
Nearly all cancers are caused by abnormalities in the genetic material of the transformed cells. these abnormalities occur by the free radicals which cause oxidation reactions in the cell leading to damage of cell. free radicals are blocked by the antioxidant.
Mutagenics in Prepared Food 1. Consuming prepared meat increases the risk of cancer. 2. Vegetarians get cancer too, though in general a little less vegetarians do consume prepared food, but no prepared meat.3. Consuming vegetables is less cancerous than consuming other prepared foods.4. all prepared foods therefore will eventually cause cancer, ....if you live long enough.5. Salty foods increase risk of cancer. 6. Alcohols increase risk of cancer.
Which foods prevent cancer
let me tell You some thing No single food or food substances can protect you against cancer But, scientists believe that the right combination of foods in a predominantly plant-based diet may. Evidence is mounting that the minerals, vitamins and phytochemicals in plant foods interact to provide extra cancer protection. This concept is called "synergy".
An Antioxidant Is a molecule capable of slowing or preventing the oxidation of other molecules that damage cells. Antioxidants terminate these chain reactions by removing free radical intermediates, and inhibit other oxidation reactions by being oxidized themselves ,this indicates the importance of the antioxidants in preventing the cancer. antioxidants are not only chemicals which are present in laboratories like: polyphenols. and thiols they also occur in our food.
Which food are rich in an antioxidants
Foods rich in
1. Vitamin
A present in liver
C present in citrus fruits
E present in cereals and sun flower oil
Selenium present in tuna and meats.
2. Carotenoids
B-Creations , Lycopen, Luten spinach, carrats and tomatos.
3. Phenols
Ferulic acid
Caffiec acid
citrus fruits and apples.
But in case of patient of cancer…… What is the Nutrition Before Cancer Treatment Begins? At first …let me tell you that the patient of cancer mainly suffers from :Severe fatigue.Loss of weight due to loss of body proteins.The irregular sleeping patterns.
These symptoms may be reduced by: Proteins containing foods like meatfishchickenseggspeanut butter energy pudding rich foods Multivitamin intake but this should be under the supervision of the physician.
What is lactose intolerance?
A case in which the body cannot digest or absorb lactose. Due to loss of lactase. Symptoms include diarrhea, gas, bloating, and stomach pain or cramps may occur
This may be solved by avoiding such foods:1. milk 2. margarine 3. cream4. buttermilk
Experts suggestionIn order To decrease the risk of cancer you should:- 1. Start your day with:-
a. Fruit-juice (or coffee or tea if you like). b. Little exercises
2. Break fast a. Blended fruit-juices b.Milk-shake add extra banana
3. lunch a. Optimum quantities of meat b. Salty foods c. Decrease the grilled, roasted meats
4. dinner a. fruits b. low proteins containing foods
5. After Dinner a. no more prepared food b. just fruits c. Make sure not to eat anything within 3 hours after you have consumed
raw animal food d. Be sure your body disposes of sufficient energy when you are going to
bed.
